Cancellations
As a small business I operate a 24hr fair cancellation policy.
Should you need to rearrange your appointment – please kindly give as much notice as possible. Please be aware, cancellations/ no shows within 24hrs the full amount is payable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers currently have a three month expiry and can be bought by clicking the link above. Please note: If you are unsure if your voucher purchase has gone through: please check your emails and also your internet banking before purchasing another. Any duplicate purchases can be refunded however – card charges arising from this will be passed onto you. Thank you for understanding.
